If you have a MERS account, but have not accessed myMERS, then provide the following information to get started.

First Name

Last Name

Date of Birth

Social Security Number

Hire Month and Year (MM/YYYY)

Phone Number

This phone number will be used to verify your identity at login. Please use a mobile phone or a direct line.

Personal Email

This email will be used for password resets and outreach purposes.

Username

Username can only contain letters, numbers, @, period and underscore characters.

Password

At least 8 characters, 1 number, 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter.
